Does Mozart Pay charge per transaction?
No. You pay a flat monthly fee based on your plan. The only per-transaction fees are from your payment gateways themselves (e.g. Stripe's 1.4% + 20p).
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you need to. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What happens if I hit my transaction limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase your allowance.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is free forever with 50 transactions per month. Use it to test the platform and build your integration before upgrading.
Do I need my own gateway accounts?
Yes. Mozart Pay orchestrates payments through your existing gateway accounts. You bring your Stripe, TrueLayer, or other provider credentials.
